Beetroot Bloody Mary

Deep crimson bloody mary with over-the-top garnish tower - brunch perfection with beetroot boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Fresh beetroot juice
  • 3 oz Tomato juice
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch Celery salt
  • Pinch Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Add vodka, beetroot juice, tomato juice, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt, and black pepper to shaker with ice
  2. 2. Roll back and forth between shakers (don't shake - keeps texture smooth)
  3. 3. Strain into tall glass filled with ice
  4. 4. Build garnish tower: celery stick, pickled vegetables, lemon wedge, olive skewer
  5. 5. Dust rim with celery salt and black pepper
