Beetroot Bloody Mary

Deep crimson bloody mary with over-the-top garnish tower - brunch perfection with beetroot boost.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Fresh beetroot juice
- 3 oz Tomato juice
- ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Hot sauce (Tabasco)
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch Celery salt
- Pinch Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Add vodka, beetroot juice, tomato juice, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt, and black pepper to shaker with ice
- 2. Roll back and forth between shakers (don't shake - keeps texture smooth)
- 3. Strain into tall glass filled with ice
- 4. Build garnish tower: celery stick, pickled vegetables, lemon wedge, olive skewer
- 5. Dust rim with celery salt and black pepper
