Champagne Bubble Sphere
Elegant, Effervescent, Playful
Champagne with floating edible bubbles and gold leaf - iridescent spheres suspended in celebration.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Champagne or prosecco
- ½ oz Raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- 3-4 Edible bubbles (prepare with bubble kit)
- 2-3 flakes Edible gold leaf
- 3 Fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp Edible sugar pearls
Instructions
- 1. PREP EDIBLE BUBBLES: Use edible bubble solution kit to create 3-4 bubbles (flavored with champagne)
- 2. Pour raspberry liqueur into champagne flute
- 3. Top with chilled champagne
- 4. Gently place edible bubbles on top of champagne
- 5. Carefully apply gold leaf flakes to bubbles with tweezers
- 6. Add fresh raspberries to glass
- 7. Sprinkle edible sugar pearls on top
- 8. Serve immediately before bubbles dissolve
