Crystal Rose Champagne

Pink champagne with rose petals frozen in crystal-clear ice cubes - romantic celebration elegance.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Rosé champagne or sparkling rosé
- 3-4 Rose petal ice cubes (prepare ahead)
- For ice cubes Edible rose petals
- For ice cubes Boiled and cooled water (for clarity)
Instructions
- 1. PREP ICE CUBES (24 hours ahead): Boil water and let cool completely
- 2. Place 1-2 edible rose petals in each ice cube mold compartment
- 3. Fill with cooled boiled water and freeze for 24 hours
- 4. TO SERVE: Place 3-4 rose petal ice cubes in champagne flute
- 5. Slowly pour chilled rosé champagne over ice cubes
- 6. Watch rose petals float as ice melts
- 7. Garnish with fresh rose petal on rim
