Emerald Mojito

Fresh, Minty, Crisp

Bright green mojito with extremely lush mint bouquet - Caribbean classic with intense color.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup
  • 20-25 leaves Fresh mint leaves (plus massive bouquet for garnish)
  • 3 oz Soda water
  • 1 stick Sugar cane (optional, for muddling)

Instructions

  1. 1. Add mint leaves and simple syrup to tall glass
  2. 2. Muddle gently to release oils (don't shred leaves)
  3. 3. Add lime juice and rum
  4. 4. Fill glass with crushed ice and stir vigorously
  5. 5. Top with soda water
  6. 6. Add enormous mint bouquet garnish (15-20 fresh sprigs)
  7. 7. Add lime wheel and sugar cane stick
