Garden Bouquet Gin

Crystal-clear gin with colorful edible flowers frozen in ice cubes - botanical garden showcase.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Botanical gin
  • 4 oz Premium tonic water
  • 4-5 Edible flower ice cubes (prepare ahead)
  • For ice cubes Assorted edible flowers (pansies, violets, nasturtiums)
  • For ice cubes Boiled and cooled water (for clarity)

Instructions

  1. 1. PREP ICE CUBES (24 hours ahead): Place one edible flower face-down in each ice cube mold
  2. 2. Fill with boiled and cooled water, freeze for 24 hours
  3. 3. TO SERVE: Fill balloon gin glass with edible flower ice cubes
  4. 4. Add gin
  5. 5. Top with premium tonic water
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh edible flowers and lemon wheel
  7. 7. Watch flowers float as ice melts
