Ingredients
- 2 oz Botanical gin
- 4 oz Premium tonic water
- 4-5 Edible flower ice cubes (prepare ahead)
- For ice cubes Assorted edible flowers (pansies, violets, nasturtiums)
- For ice cubes Boiled and cooled water (for clarity)
Instructions
- 1. PREP ICE CUBES (24 hours ahead): Place one edible flower face-down in each ice cube mold
- 2. Fill with boiled and cooled water, freeze for 24 hours
- 3. TO SERVE: Fill balloon gin glass with edible flower ice cubes
- 4. Add gin
- 5. Top with premium tonic water
- 6. Garnish with fresh edible flowers and lemon wheel
- 7. Watch flowers float as ice melts
