Ingredients

  • 1 oz London Dry gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 1 Large glacier-shaped ice chunk (irregular, with cracks)

Instructions

  1. 1. PREP ICE: Carve large ice block into irregular glacier shape with visible cracks and texture
  2. 2. Place glacier ice chunk in rocks glass
  3. 3. Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth directly over ice
  4. 4. Stir gently for 10 seconds to combine
  5. 5. Express orange peel oils over drink
  6. 6. Garnish with expressed orange peel
