Liquid Nitrogen Mudslide

Rich, Creamy, Dramatic

Mudslide prepared with liquid nitrogen creating dramatic frozen fog and instant ice cream texture.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Vodka
  • 1½ oz Kahlúa
  • 1½ oz Irish cream (Baileys)
  • 2 oz Heavy cream
  • 2-3 oz Liquid nitrogen (CAUTION: Handle with care)
  • 2 tbsp Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. 1. CAUTION: Use proper safety equipment - wear insulated gloves and goggles
  2. 2. Add vodka, Kahlúa, Irish cream, and heavy cream to metal mixing bowl
  3. 3. SLOWLY pour liquid nitrogen into bowl while stirring constantly
  4. 4. Mixture will freeze instantly with dramatic cascading fog
  5. 5. Continue stirring until soft-serve ice cream consistency
  6. 6. Scoop into chilled martini glass
  7. 7. Top with dark chocolate shavings
  8. 8. Serve immediately with dramatic fog still cascading
