Matcha Green Tea Cocktail

Vibrant jade green matcha cocktail in Japanese ceramic cup with traditional tea ceremony presentation.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Premium sake
- 1 oz Coconut milk
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 tsp Ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 1 oz Hot water (for matcha)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy
- 2. Let matcha cool to room temperature
- 3. Add sake, coconut milk, lime juice, simple syrup, cooled matcha, and ice to shaker
- 4. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until bright green and frothy
- 5. Double strain into chilled Japanese ceramic cup or coupe glass
- 6. Garnish with matcha powder dusting and bamboo leaf
