Mint Chocolate Grasshopper

Sweet, Creamy, Minty

Layered mint green and chocolate dessert cocktail with massive mint bouquet - after-dinner indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Green crème de menthe
  • 1 oz Crème de cacao (white or dark)
  • 2 oz Heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Handful Fresh mint leaves (plus massive bouquet for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. 1. Add crème de menthe, crème de cacao, heavy cream, and ice to shaker
  2. 2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frothy
  3. 3. Strain into chilled coupe or martini glass
  4. 4. Top with dark chocolate shavings
  5. 5. Garnish with massive fresh mint bouquet (15-20 sprigs)
  6. 6. Add chocolate-covered mint leaf on rim
