Mountain Peak Manhattan

Manhattan with dramatic iceberg-shaped ice sculpture creating mountain peaks - sophisticated artistry.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye whiskey
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Iceberg-shaped ice sculpture (hand-carved)

Instructions

  1. 1. PREP ICE SCULPTURE: Carve large ice block into irregular iceberg shape with peaks and valleys
  2. 2. Rinse carved ice under cold water to create smooth, clear surface
  3. 3. Place iceberg ice sculpture in rocks glass
  4. 4. In mixing glass, add rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters with regular ice
  5. 5. Stir for 30 seconds until well-chilled
  6. 6. Strain Manhattan over iceberg ice sculpture
  7. 7. Garnish with luxardo cherry
