Nitro Espresso Cloud
Rich, Bold, Theatrical
Espresso martini topped with billowing nitrogen foam cloud - coffee foam ascending like mist.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlúa
- 1 oz Fresh espresso (hot)
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- ¼ cup Heavy cream (for nitrogen foam)
- 1 Nitrogen charger (N2O whipper)
Instructions
- 1. Brew fresh espresso shot and let cool slightly
- 2. Add vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, simple syrup, and ice to shaker
- 3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
- 4. PREP NITROGEN FOAM: Add heavy cream to N2O whipper with one nitrogen charger
- 5. Shake whipper vigorously
- 6. Strain espresso martini into chilled coupe glass
- 7. Top with billowing nitrogen foam cloud from whipper
- 8. Garnish with three coffee beans on foam
