Pineapple Volcano Punch

Sweet, Fruity, Bold

Dramatic tropical punch served in a carved pineapple with cascading dry ice fog and flaming garnish - pure theater.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dark rum
  • 2 oz Passion fruit puree
  • 3 oz Fresh orange juice
  • ½ oz Grenadine
  • Small piece Food-safe dry ice (optional for effect)

Instructions

  1. 1. Add rum, passion fruit puree, orange juice, and grenadine to shaker with ice
  2. 2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  3. 3. Strain into carved pineapple or tiki mug filled with crushed ice
  4. 4. If desired, carefully add small piece of food-safe dry ice for fog effect
  5. 5. Garnish with flaming lime shell and tropical flowers
