Pink Grapefruit Paloma

Coral pink paloma with pink salt rim and grapefruit half - spicy-sweet Mexican refresher.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila blanco
  • 3 oz Fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Agave nectar
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • 2 slices Fresh jalapeño
  • For rim Pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rim glass with grapefruit wedge and pink Himalayan salt
  2. 2. Add jalapeño slices to shaker and muddle gently
  3. 3. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and ice
  4. 4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  5. 5. Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice
  6. 6. Top with sparkling water
  7. 7. Garnish with grapefruit half and jalapeño slice
