Rosé Frosé Slushie

Frozen rosé wine slushie with visible ice crystals and strawberry garnish - elegant summer refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Rosé wine
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ½ cup Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Simple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour entire bottle of rosé into shallow baking dish
  2. 2. Freeze for 6 hours, scraping with fork every hour to create icy texture
  3. 3. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup until smooth
  4. 4. Add frozen rosé wine ice to blender with strawberry mixture
  5. 5. Pulse blend until slushy consistency with visible ice crystals
  6. 6. Pour into wine glasses
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh strawberry and lemon wheel
