Rosé Frosé Slushie

Frozen rosé wine slushie with visible ice crystals and strawberry garnish - elegant summer refreshment.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) Rosé wine
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup Fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup Simple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Pour entire bottle of rosé into shallow baking dish
- 2. Freeze for 6 hours, scraping with fork every hour to create icy texture
- 3. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup until smooth
- 4. Add frozen rosé wine ice to blender with strawberry mixture
- 5. Pulse blend until slushy consistency with visible ice crystals
- 6. Pour into wine glasses
- 7. Garnish with fresh strawberry and lemon wheel
