Rosemary Grapefruit Fizz

Pink grapefruit fizz with dramatic 12-inch rosemary tree garnish - herbaceous botanical elegance.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Gin
  • 2 oz Fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • 2 oz Champagne or prosecco
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary (12 inches tall for dramatic effect)

Instructions

  1. 1. Add gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and ice to shaker
  2. 2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  3. 3. Strain into tall champagne flute
  4. 4. Top with champagne
  5. 5. Garnish with dramatic 12-inch rosemary sprig standing tall in glass
  6. 6. Lightly slap rosemary sprig to release aromatic oils
  7. 7. Add grapefruit wheel on rim
