Smoke Bubble Old Fashioned
Smoky, Bold, Theatrical
Old fashioned with large smoke-filled edible bubble on top - theatrical pop releases aroma.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¼ oz Demerara syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- 1 Large smoke-filled edible bubble
- For bubble Edible bubble solution, smoke gun with hickory wood chips
Instructions
- 1. Add bourbon, demerara syrup, and bitters to mixing glass with ice
- 2. Stir for 30 seconds
- 3. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube
- 4. PREP SMOKE BUBBLE: Blow edible bubble using bubble solution
- 5. Use smoke gun to fill bubble with hickory smoke
- 6. Carefully place smoke-filled bubble on top of drink
- 7. Instruct guest to pop bubble and inhale smoky aroma before drinking
- 8. Express orange peel over drink after bubble pops
