Sunrise Mimosa Flight

Three champagne flutes with gradient colors (orange, pink, yellow) - elegant brunch trio presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Champagne or prosecco (for all three)
  • 3 oz Fresh mango purée
  • 3 oz Fresh strawberry purée
  • 3 oz Fresh pineapple purée
  • Assorted Fresh fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare three chilled champagne flutes
  2. 2. MANGO SUNRISE (orange): Add 1 oz mango purée to first flute, top with champagne
  3. 3. STRAWBERRY BLUSH (pink): Add 1 oz strawberry purée to second flute, top with champagne
  4. 4. PINEAPPLE DAWN (yellow): Add 1 oz pineapple purée to third flute, top with champagne
  5. 5. Gently stir each to create gradient effect
  6. 6. Garnish mango with mango slice, strawberry with berry, pineapple with pineapple wedge
  7. 7. Serve trio on elegant tray
