Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) Champagne or prosecco (for all three)
- 3 oz Fresh mango purée
- 3 oz Fresh strawberry purée
- 3 oz Fresh pineapple purée
- Assorted Fresh fruits for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Prepare three chilled champagne flutes
- 2. MANGO SUNRISE (orange): Add 1 oz mango purée to first flute, top with champagne
- 3. STRAWBERRY BLUSH (pink): Add 1 oz strawberry purée to second flute, top with champagne
- 4. PINEAPPLE DAWN (yellow): Add 1 oz pineapple purée to third flute, top with champagne
- 5. Gently stir each to create gradient effect
- 6. Garnish mango with mango slice, strawberry with berry, pineapple with pineapple wedge
- 7. Serve trio on elegant tray
