Tropical Michelada

Mexican beer cocktail with vibrant tajín-rimmed glass, lime, and spicy garnishes - perfect brunch refresher.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mexican lager (Modelo, Corona, or Pacifico)
  • 3 oz Tomato juice or Clamato
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce (Valentina or Cholula)
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch Black pepper
  • For rim Tajín seasoning
  • 1 Fresh jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Rim pint glass with lime wedge and Tajín seasoning
  2. 2. Add ice to glass
  3. 3. Add lime juice, tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and black pepper
  4. 4. Stir to combine
  5. 5. Top with cold Mexican lager, pouring slowly
  6. 6. Garnish with lime wheel, jalapeño slices, and pickled vegetables
