- 2 oz Premium single malt scotch or bourbon
- 1 Hand-carved diamond-shaped ice cube (2x2 inches)
Instructions
- 1. Carve crystal-clear ice block into diamond shape using ice pick and saw
- 2. Rinse carved ice under cold water to smooth edges
- 3. Place diamond ice cube in heavy crystal rocks glass
- 4. Pour whiskey slowly over ice cube
- 5. Let rest for 30-60 seconds to chill slightly
- 6. Serve immediately, no garnish needed - let the whiskey and ice speak
