Whiskey on the Rocks (Artisan)

  • 2 oz Premium single malt scotch or bourbon
  • 1 Hand-carved diamond-shaped ice cube (2x2 inches)

Instructions

  1. 1. Carve crystal-clear ice block into diamond shape using ice pick and saw
  2. 2. Rinse carved ice under cold water to smooth edges
  3. 3. Place diamond ice cube in heavy crystal rocks glass
  4. 4. Pour whiskey slowly over ice cube
  5. 5. Let rest for 30-60 seconds to chill slightly
  6. 6. Serve immediately, no garnish needed - let the whiskey and ice speak
