White Peach Sangria

Golden white wine sangria with floating peach slices and garden flowers - summer orchard elegance.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • ¼ cup Peach liqueur or elderflower liqueur
  • 2 White peaches, sliced
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey or agave nectar
  • Handful Fresh mint leaves
  • Assorted Edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine white wine, brandy, peach liqueur, and honey in large pitcher
  2. 2. Add sliced peaches and lemon
  3. 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably 4-6 hours)
  4. 4. Just before serving, add fresh mint leaves
  5. 5. Pour into wine glasses with fruit from pitcher
  6. 6. Garnish with edible flowers floating on top
  7. 7. Add fresh peach slice on rim
