White Peach Sangria

Golden white wine sangria with floating peach slices and garden flowers - summer orchard elegance.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) Dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- ¼ cup Brandy
- ¼ cup Peach liqueur or elderflower liqueur
- 2 White peaches, sliced
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp Honey or agave nectar
- Handful Fresh mint leaves
- Assorted Edible flowers for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Combine white wine, brandy, peach liqueur, and honey in large pitcher
- 2. Add sliced peaches and lemon
- 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably 4-6 hours)
- 4. Just before serving, add fresh mint leaves
- 5. Pour into wine glasses with fruit from pitcher
- 6. Garnish with edible flowers floating on top
- 7. Add fresh peach slice on rim
